Knife 269 River Valley Full Tang Hunter
Knife 269 features a 5" hand-hammered blade with a full tang, which was hand-forged from a vintage tool steel chisel. It has a convex ground blade with a distal taper. Extremely sharp and strong with great balance in the hand. Knife is 9-1/2" in overall length.
The scales are Shiras Moose antler and are backed by red G10 liners. Hand-peened brass pins complete the rustic look. In celebration of 25 years of hand-forging knives, I have etched a signature and date on this blade, which is reminiscent of my very first knives.
The Karam Handmade Frontier sheath features 11-oz Hermann Oak leather.
The front features modest tooling and the kangaroo stitching and copper rivets guarantee longevity. The Kydex lining is custom molded to the knife to hold it securely in place.
A beautiful one-of-a-kind knife and sheath set, that is entirely handmade by me, in my shop.
