Knife 267 Masur Birch Backwoods Hunter
The Masur Birch Backwoods Hunter knife features a 4-3/8" hand-forged blade, which was hand-forged from 11/16" high-carbon 01 tool steel round bar stock. The bade has been finished to 800 grit. The convex ground blade has a super-sharp edge. Great balance in the hand. 9-1/2" in overall length.
The blade is mortised into a Ram's horn guard. Directly behind the guard is a red, white and brass spacer stack. A beautiful section of stabilized and dyed Masur birch burl and a section whitetail stag beam complete the handle .
The Karam Handmade Frontier sheath features 11-oz Hermann Oak leather.
The front features a hand-tooled and hand painted birch leaves, to complete the birch theme.
The Frontier sheath has a custom-fit Kydex lining to hold this knife securely in place. Super strong Kangaroo lacing and copper rivets make sure it's built for the long haul.
A beautiful one-of-a-kind knife and sheath set, that is entirely handmade by me, in my shop.
