Knife 215 Karam Handmade CampCraft

Introducing the Karam Handmade CampCraft knife. This knife was forged from 3/16", 01 tool steel and features a very sharp 4-1/2 inch double-tempered, convex ground blade. The handle is premium cocobolo wood with red fiber liners and three, 1/4" micarta pins. It is contoured for a solid but comfortable grip, and also features a brass lanyard hole, so you have extra retention if you're working over deep snow or water. I throw in an extra two feet of cord in case you want a longer lanyard.
This blade features a unique fin on the top spine of the knife, which I designed to be used to hook the handle of your camp oven or cook pot for easy removal from the coals (featured in one of the pictures above).
From whittling feather sticks, to batoning and notching wood, to cooking chores, this knife does it all. Included with this knife is a hand-tooled and hand-sewn, 12-oz thick sheath. The design is of oak and beech leaves and also has a copper rivet and a double coating of beexwax treatment. Heavy-duty sheath, for a heavy-duty knife.
This sheath features a regular belt loop as well as a dangler loop for optional lower carry. I am also including a high-quality 3/8" thick Swedish "Light My Fire" brand firesteel with this knife.
I make these knife and sheath sets one at a time, and can make them in 1/4" and 1/8" thick tool steel as well. Just give me a call or email if you'd like a different thickness or handle material.
