Knife 211 Small Paring
This small paring knife is hand-forged from 01 tool steel bar stock and features a three inch convex cutting edge. The handle is made from beautifully striped cocobolo wood with red, white and brass spacers. The bolster is black water buffalo horn which has some really pretty white steaks going through it, and has a attractive marbled look to it. Signed and numbered. Ready to peel, dice and slice your next kitchen creation.
