Knife 222 Kitchen Knife
This Karam Handmade kitchen knife was forged from 1/4", 01 tool steel and features a 5 inch double-tempered blade with a rustic hammer-mark finish. The 5 inch handle is made from presentation walnut featuring a white fiber and copper spacer, and black buffalo horn bolster. The handle has some really nice figure to the wood and features a single stainless pin. Its contour transitions from a smooth radius and flows down into an octagon design.
The high-carbon 01 tool steel will gain a grey patina over time, as it contacts various foods. The knife should be washed carefully by hand and dried completely before storage.
